USB Drive Keychain

So I am not up to date on all the current technology and data sharing.  I still use my USB drive for storing and sharing pictures, files, and documents. Maybe they are a thing of the past and I am the only one who still uses them, but I think there may be some other people still using their USB drives.

I came up with this idea while I was attending college.  I had the USB drive I used for my assignments and that was something I could not afford to lose. It is true that I could have gone out and bought a USB drive that had a built in keychain, but what would have been the fun in that? I decided to "pull out" my sewing machine  (it actually is always out.....) and see what I could make!

After some trial and error this is what I made, a little pouch that would hold my USB drive and clip securely to my backpack while I was traveling to and from school!

If you don't have a USB drive or if you have some other small object like lip balm you can use this tutorial to make a keychain pouch for that as well!
