If you wish to fold bag to fit inside another bag simply fold in thirds long ways and then fold in thirds from the bottom up to the handles.  You can then use the handles to wrap around the bag and tie together to secure.  Being a heavy duty bag it will not fold up super small, but it will easily fit in a larger purse or bag.
