Freezer Paper Applique

I know it has taken me a while to get this up, but it is finally here!  A short tutorial on how to freezer paper applique!

I made this Construction Truck Quilt for my little boy who is due to arrive next month!

I decided to take the opportunity to make a tutorial about freezer paper applique since that it what I used to make the trucks.  If you would like the pattern for this quilt you can find it here!

Freezer paper applique can be time consuming and I often find myself getting bored while pressing, pinning, and sewing around all the little edges..........

If this happens to you I suggest taking breaks rather than do a sloppy job just trying to get it done.  Another thing that helps me is finding a good movie put on or Netflix show to binge watch while I am working.  The time passes much more quickly!
